In-person at office location. In-person training is available at our offices and can be planned for specific customers on-demand at their own location. Classes at our offices run on schedule, and slots are assigned on a first come first served basis.
Remotely – Remote training is available remotely via video conferencing. Classes run on schedule, and slots are assigned on a first come first served basis. This is the default method of training for our customers.
Step 1: Sign up - Register for a class, choose your preferred start date and pay for your course, your place in the line will be reserved, our admin will work to get you into your preferred class if there are available slots, else you will be scheduled and asked to confirm.
Step 2: Class schedule - You will be notified of your class schedule, if the scheduled start date is same as your requested start date, you will receive a confirmation email. If not, you will be asked to confirm availability. You will get 30 days access to the learning system from your start date.
Step 3: Attend class - Attend your instructor led class to become an expert user of rapisurv. Coursework is 18 hours of instruction, 8 hours of self-paced practice.
Step 4: Practice - You will receive access credentials to rapisurv practice application.
Step 5: Test - We will test your knowledge after completion of the class and required minimum practice period.
